KK Field Logger Privacy and permissions

Privacy

Field records are collected for project review, not advertising.

KK Field Logger helps companies collect photos, videos, receipts, notes, GPS context, and review activity for controlled field documentation workflows.

Information we process

Uploaded project media may include photos, videos, receipts, audio notes, timestamps, location data, employee identifiers, project identifiers, comments, approval status, and account activity needed to operate the workspace.

Why permissions are requested

Camera access is used to capture field evidence. Location access is used only when project evidence needs GPS context for traceability. File access may be used when a user attaches existing media or receipts.

How data is used

Records are used for project review, internal approval, reporting, safety and quality follow-up, receipt review, and customer-visible documentation when authorized by the workspace owner.

Access and retention

Access is controlled by company workspace, role, project, and review settings. Some records may be retained when business, billing, legal, safety, audit, or security obligations require it.
