The service is intended for business field documentation, project media collection, review workflows, and related reporting. Users should only upload records they are permitted to collect and share.
Customer responsibility
Workspace owners are responsible for user permissions, project setup, internal policies, customer visibility decisions, and confirming AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary during maintenance, network issues, or infrastructure events. Support requests can be sent through the support page.
